The Elite Residence is the 6th tallest building in UAE and on 47th number in the list of tallest buildings in the world. When this super-tall building was built, it was declared the third tallest building in the world. It is a skyscraper in Dubai that has 87 floors and a total of 897 luxury apartments. Four underground floors have been constructed for parking. It has an amazing view of the man-made island i.e., Palm Island.

The construction was completed in 2012. There is a total of 12 elevators in this building. This skyscraper has a business centre. It has facilities like a fitness centre, spa, health club and much more. It also has swimming pools along with a children’s play area and table tennis and billiard game room. Residents also have access to retail facilities. Accommodations are available on the 76th floor of this building.

Almas Tower:

Almas Tower is the 8th tallest building in UAE and the 56th number on the list of the tallest buildings in the world. There are 68 stories above the ground and 5 floors underground for parking purposes. When it opened It was the tallest building in Dubai. It is on the manmade island i.e., Jumeirah Lake towers which were completed in 2009. This skyscraper has commercial offices and is an A-grade commercial building.

This building has high security as it is used as a Dubai diamond exchange office and once a fire broke out in this building in the year 2018. The meaning of Almas is Diamond in Arabic. So, you can also call it “Diamond Tower”. This building has 38 elevators. The building also has retail stores, swimming pools, a sauna, high-speed elevators and much more. Emirates Office Tower:

Emirates Office Tower is the 12th tallest building in UAE and the 57th number on the list of the tallest buildings in the world has got 56 stories. The official name of this Tower is Emirates Tower One. It was undoubtedly the tallest building in Dubai when it was built. There is a total of 17 elevators in this building.

The structure, which is the first skyscraper to be constructed in Dubai’s financial district and is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, the country’s longest street, has large shopping mall with cafes and restaurants.

This 528-room, the four-star luxury hotel opens its doors in 2018.

The Genoa Hotel also has a separate parking building along with the main building.

Address Boulevard is the second tallest building in Dubai after the Burj Khalifa, the 7th tallest building in the United Arab Emirates, and the 51st on the list of tallest buildings in the world. The skyscraper has residences, a 5-star luxury hotel, and retail. It was completed in the year 2017. The building has 73 stories.

Ammar, who also owns the Burj Khalifa, which is situated next to this one, constructed this structure. There are 3 underground floors which are mainly for the parking area. The building has lots of walkways that directly connect to the Dubai metro. Address Boulevard has studio apartments, and penthouses with 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The penthouses in this skyscraper are of 7 bedrooms.

23 Marina:

23 Marina is a residential building in Dubai which is the 4th tallest building in UAE and the 38th on the list of tallest buildings in the world. It is a luxurious skyscraper which is on the longest road in Dubai UAE with 298 residential apartments. You get an amazing view of Jumeirah from this building.

This residential building has 57 swimming pools and laundry facilities for residents. This building has 88 stories. These apartments are duplex apartments which consist of a private elevator. There are 4 floors underground in this building that are for parking.

Marina 101:

Marina 101 is a skyscraper in the Dubai Marina which has 126 stories. A 5-star luxury hotel called Hard Rock Hotel occupies the first 33 floors of Marina 101. This building also has five restaurants. 34th to 100th floor is residential apartments and it also has duplex penthouses. On the 101st floor of the building are a club lounge and merchandise shop.
